Well...it hasn't gone exactly as planned.
The first week, she loved it! It took her 5 minutes to warm up to the crowd and she was off and running. The second week was the same. Last week, we also had a "make-up day." That was a nightmare! She screamed the entire first 15 minutes and we ended up having to walk out.
She even told me that she DIDN'T want to go back today. Well, being the pushy-bitch mother that I am, I took her back. We've paid for 10 weeks, damn it. The kid IS going. Jim has been my gibraltar. He even came to her class today to encourage her to participate. He has vowed to come every Wednesday from now on.

I will say it again...."It's Ok Mama!" She will be fine and will probably enjoy it. Kinda like asking them to taste something just to see if they like it. They have no idea until it gets into their mouths. The physical activity and the social interaction are all plusses. At the end of the class, if she really didn't enjoy it then walk away, and try ballet or something else. Good luck!
I wonder why she suddenly decided she didn't like it? Crazy kids. :-)
