Mama had a follow up appt with the doctor who performed her biopsy. He thought everything looked great and was healing nicely.
We got the opportunity to ask the doctor more about removing her tumor. We had been told several times that she should have it removed. To the point where several doctors kept pushing her to do it. This doctor seems to be the only one with any damn sense. He told us that it fully surrounds the eye orbit and should remain intact. The surgery is far more destructive than helpful. Also, her eye works...not well, but it works.
So, she lives with the tumor.
